    RISC v CISC is moot. Very few people (such as SETI) make use of distributed networking. Here's mobile's chance to let peoples' mobiles that aren't in heavy use to be vampired by people using processor-intensive programs.

      What makes the one better than the other is how fast memory is. RISC performs better when memory is slower and CISC performs better when memory is faster. Always in a state of flux.
