i have to disagree acer..i've used paypal for 8 years for thousands of transactions and have found them to be VERY responsive to this sort of problem..they vigorously go after phishing e-mail and the few times i did have problems with phony vendors or whatever they froze money and accounts retroactively and quickly..i've never lost a dime with them..this ban on outdated browsers is long overdue and its taken this long because they were trying to please as many on-line consumers as possible..even those that dont keep up with technology..but they're just another target for the anti-corporate socialist cranks that populate so much of propeller
