Posted by: Digidave 8 months agoArrington and company start a new feature to their site "Tech President." But that violates the copyright that another webiste, called TechPresident already has. So far Arrington has ignored the letter to cease and desist.

"If we had launched something called the "TechCrunch Primary" and issued a call for "Who Will Be the First TechCrunch President" I'm sure you would have responded the same way."
First, TechCrunch is not a word.
Second, The word Tech and President, are two separate words. I also assume TechCrunch was not using it in bad faith.
