So, that last part was saying that the terrorists basically have better customer service? I guess I should be reassured that my bank, utilites and phone company never answer inquiries. Now I know they are most likely not terrorist organizations. Sorry, that just stuck me as funny.
Interesting article, though a little scary to think they are out there monitoring all website writing. Where do they draw the line between safe/terrorist?

Hmmm... Depends on this weeks definition of terrorism... Next week blogging may be considered a terrorist act if we don't get our government under control.
