      Personally, as an IT Consultant, I've always found a sledgehammer sufficient to teach a computer a lesson....

      Then again, I don't have access to a fork-lift truck !!!

                The owner of the server broke it. Too bad.

                The packaging was not designed to withstand someone dropping it on a concrete floor. Too bad they did not handle it like it was worth $1.5 million.
