This tackles some insight regarding the capability of Linux especially for gaming. The Linux strength is on the server side which gained popularity over other operating systems. The desktop performance of Linux still needs development that caters to graphic intense games.

    The writer is a little confused about the structure of Linux distributions. Linux is not a homogeneous group all working to one supposed goal, some distros are working to provide server services(RHE) while others are focused on desktop users (ubuntu). Because Linux controls the largest share in internet servers does not mean the desktop projects are not advancing.

      This is not true. Linux has many games. _Windows_ games are a separate thing altogether. Linux users don't need these.
